Our Huts At

Sutton Colonnade

The beach huts at Sutton Colonnade are brand new for 2025 and are situated on the promenade in front of the newly built Seaview Colonnade in Sutton on Sea. The huts offer excellent views of the coastline and an off-shore wind farm. Nearby facilities include a paddling pool, tennis court and High Street shops, cafes and bars. Public toilets operated by East Lindsey District Council are available on York Road.

Want to travel light or forgotten something?.... Amenity kits are available to purchase from the beach hut booking office. Packs cost £4.00 and include tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, dish cloth & sponge, washing up liquid, tea towel and bin bags.

Please note that the use of BBQs is strictly prohibited in and around the beach huts, the promenade, beach and all surrounding areas.

All keys must be collected between 10.00am and 11.30am unless by confirmed prior arrangement .

The Town Council has committed to the general operation, management and future investment in the huts to support and boost the tourism industry within the parish and to ensure they remain as part of the landscape for years to come.

Dog Control Orders

Dog Free Beaches

The District Council enforces Dog Control Orders to stop problems caused by dogs in public places.

As part of the control orders, dogs are banned from 1 May to 30 September on certain areas of Sutton beach as identified on this leaflet
